All our projects are investment worthy however, the only way you can find your right offer is by understanding the context of each project. Get in touch with a sales officer to find out available offers.
A deposit reserves your unit and during this period your unit will be withdrawn from sale and it will not be subject to any price increases. We will then exchange contracts which is usually within 3 -4 weeks of reservation. The reservation deposit is then deducted from the price of your unit.
This is subject the purchase price of the property. However, we usually require 10-15% of the purchase price.
The reservation fee is not refundable
Upon signing booking form, Trivelles’s and client’s solicitors will coordinate to complete a smooth transfer of ownership within approx 28 days.
It’s more straightforward to buy from Trivelles, but some aspects of the process can be a little different to a conventional house sale.
AFTER SALES
Rent is paid quarterly.
As a foreign investor, you are entitled to collect rents paid out into your own local bank account and currency. Upon purchase, the management company will guide on the procedures to do so.
In general, Non resident foreign investors, will be guided to complete the NRL (Non resident landlord) application by the management company.The purpose of the application is to enable investors earn a tax free rent income. When dealing with taxes, factors like, your nationality, residence, amount of investment, and type of property you purchased may make significant differences therefore, speak to your agent or sales officer.
The project management team will track and pay out returns periodically without your added effort.
Yes, you can also have assisted visit provided that you inform the office 3 weeks in advance.
